Orders placed through the site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory errors. 

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. 

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s supported payment providers. We do not store full payment details; all payment information is securely handled by third-party processors in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

4. Product Descriptions

Floral Trove offers handcrafted products made from real preserved and dried florals. As such, no two items are identical. Variations in color, size, and texture are natural and not considered defects. 

5. Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for detailed information. Shipping estimates do not include processing time and are not guaranteed. We currently only ship within the United States. 

6. Returns, Damaged Items & Final Sale

Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our products, all sales are final. Exceptions apply only in the case of damaged or incorrect items, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence. 

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable laws and outlines how your data is collected, used, and protected. 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the site—including text, product images, designs, and branding—is the intellectual property of Floral Trove and may not be used without written permission. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

Floral Trove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, services, or products. Use of the site is at your own risk. 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
