We take pride in carefully preparing each order. However, everyone makes honest mistakes and sometimes product can be damaged in transit.
Final Sale Policy
All Floral Trove products are handmade using real preserved florals. Due to the delicate and custom nature of our items, all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us at hello@floraltrove.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue along with shipping label.
- We’ll review and offer a replacement or resolution when appropriate.
Returns or refunds will not be processed without prior approval or outside of the 48-hour window.
Custom & Wholesale Orders
All custom and wholesale purchases are final and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
