Are these real flowers?
Yes, all of our florals are naturally grown and dried, preserved and/or dyed to keep their natural shape in a beautiful color. Each plume may vary slightly in size, color and shape.
How long will my flowers last?
Our florals will last years if not forever. Just keep indoors away from direct sunlight and moisture.
How do I arrange the florals?
Simply place florals in a vase, trim as needed or prop up with material for extra height.
What’s the difference between Artificial, Dried and Preserved Florals?
- Artificial flowers are man/machine-made and therefore do not look at all real in person.
- Dried flowers are simply air dried, do not often retain their original color, and can easily crumble and fall apart. Pampas is the one dried product we sell and does not fall apart like other dried florals.
- Preserved florals, which we mainly sell, are a natural flower dyed and preserved in a glycerin solution so that they keep their form and color for many years.
Do I water the flowers?
No water needed as moisture would damage the florals. You may dust them occasionally as desired.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates may be higher outside of the continental US and we do not cover any duties or fees that may be imposed internationally.
Are these for home decor or weddings and events?
Both! We sell premium preserved florals for home or business decor as well as to florists and DIY brides for wedding and event decor. Florists often reuse our florals for events. This helps to save money as well as always have florals on hand that do not die.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We offer discounts when you purchase larger quantities for certain products as you can see by our pricing tables on the product page. Please reach out for any special requests or large orders.
Can I return the flowers?
We do not accept returns due to our products being real flowers. All purchases are final. If your order arrives damaged, please retain everything including packaging and notify us right away. We will require photos of the damaged goods, the shipping label and damaged box and then we can refund or replace.
How should I store these between events?
These can be stored in a dry, well ventilated place out of the sun and moisture until the next use.
